Fit was great with one size bigger. My feeth are 23.8x9,5 cm. I had experience of the Snow fox and saw the sole on this shoe looked similar in shape. Snowfox size 39 is too narrow at big toe so I ordered size 40 of this shoe and it was just perfect with the with in shoe. If you wider feeth, take one size bigger I guess if you like to spread out your toes. Quality looks very good, but needs to be used over time to see.

Comfortable winter boots, good to about -10 with normal socks. As they note now, size up if you want room to wiggle or thick socks as the lining and insole take up considerable space. Sueded finish takes a little more effort to keep clean. Mine are more comfortable without the insoles in my usual size 11/44.

This are by far the best footware I have ever owend. They are a little expensive but well worth it in the long run. The quality is amazing and they have so far lasted me two years of wearing them every day for fall and winter and I exect to use them for another year. Even after two years of continuously wearing them they are still so warm, soft and cozy. I'm known for wearing out regular shoes within a few months and these still look almost brand new to me, even the treads. The only things negative I can say is that barefoot shoes tend to stand out a little because of their shape and these shoes are a little gender nuetral compare to normal shoe styles. So I have gotten a couple comments about those things but I really don't care because that comes with wearing barefoot shoes.

I love these boots, but will never get to wear them. Ordered the wrong size, asked to exchange for my proper size, but the company will not take returns from my country. I offered to pay the shipping myself, but they say 'their system cannot accept returns from outside the USA'. This is a terrible excuse to avoid helping a customer. The awful customer service has ensured I cannot buy anything from this company again, which is very sad because I was looking forward to buying not only these boots, but also 2 more pair. I LOVE my Be Lenka barefoot boots! They’re actually my first high-quality pair of barefoot shoes and they did not disappoint. I’ve had them for a few months now and they’ve been so comfortable, breathable for my feet, WARM, and incredible in the snow. I did follow the recommendations for sizing on Be Lenka’s website and they fit perfectly. At first I wondered if they were too big, but they actually are a great fit and allow room for thick socks. The only downside I’ve realized is they don’t have the best traction on super slippery ice, but the other pros outweigh that! I just tend to stick to walking on snow so I don’t slip. Sizing according to the table, for me it was a size up. Only personal thing I don’t like is after some time I noticed ( I have been wearing them every day for 12 days now), putting them on is a bit annoying because you need to untie half of the shoes to get your foot in. It takes a minute to get into the shoe. I would personally prefer if there was a zipper. But rest is great, I would reorder again and I definitely recommend it :)

This is my second pair, the first one I bought for the fall and this one for cold winter days. Both pairs are very comfortable, I'm very used to them and wear them alternately every day. Good quality leather, flexible sole, but I would like a less slippery sole. The winter model is really warm thanks to a thicker layer of insulation. They keep your feet warm up to about minus ten degrees, but I haven't tested them below that yet.

I love these boots! They can be worn without socks and with thinner socks on days when it's a bit colder. Where I live in Canada, there are some very cold winter days, but there are also winters days when i could easily wear them without socks. I wear a US size 8 shoe, and I purchased a 39 in this shoe. I have three other pairs of Be Lekna, and the 39 just fits the best in the length.

The only thing I would change about the shoe is for longer laces.

When I put these on the fit made me so happy I cried. I have wide feet with a bunion on the pinky toe side from a lifetime of wearing ill fitting shoes. The width of my feet makes it impossible to find shoes that fit and don't cause pain. To put these on and be able to wiggle my toes felt so good! I cannot stand shoes that squeeze my toes together. It's still a bit narrow for me at the bunion, I wish the wide toe box carried down the shoe a bit further. These are my new favorite boots! Nice and warm while still being flexible and leaving plenty of room for my toes. MY favorite thing about Be Lenka's fit is that they're wide in the tow but narrow in the heal, unlike many other minimalist brands which are just too wide throughout the shoe. I had to order one size up in this model compared to some others, probably because of the extra lining.

I found there boots through Anya's reviews, and I have to say even though my expectations where high I found myself surprised over what a good-looking pair of shoes this is! They're also super comfortable from the start, and the pattern of the sole is deeper than I could tell from the picture and gives a good grip in snow which is needed when for example walking dogs. So far they've kept my feet warm and dry, through dog walks, easy hikes and city strolls, although I do live above the arctic with -30°C and deep snow atm so I will try them out in the extremes, just for fun!

I wear 38 and this is actually the first pair of winter barefoots that I buy: I was quite worried whether they would fit and shouldn't I order size 39, let's say. Very warm, sufficiently reliable on slippery ground, practically waterproof in rainy weather, if impregnated well - but they are still brand new and all descriptions point out leather shoes tend to leak over time, so care is very important; the video ot be lenka's website is quite helpful.
Being surprisingly convenient and healthy (for my back condition and general energy levels), my be lenka's are "healthy" in terms of ideology as well: they are hand-crafted! And I find them very, very beatiful. So on all important points for me they score highest!

Unfortunately, I didn't find the correct size and bought a bigger one, but it is not critical since it is winter and warm socks completely solve the situation. So, I'm going to buy a pair of sneakers for spring because they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn.

I am genuinely pleased with the Winter 3.0 shoes. I can confidently say that these are the best shoes I've ever owned. They are warm, light, flexible, aesthetically pleasing, and truly barefoot. This is why I promptly ordered a second pair, hoping that these shoes will serve me well for a couple of years.

However, they're not the easiest to put on; I have to loosen the laces quite a bit, and it takes some time. Nevertheless, it's no biggie, and I'm getting used to it.

In conclusion, after a month of wearing my new shoes, I am more than satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

What's bothering me and hindering my complete transition to Belenka for all my old shoes is the delivery and customs costs. DHL delivery costs about $40, and the tax is an additional $40—a substantial surcharge.

In this context, it would be appreciated if the Belenka outlet could provide customers in Switzerland with a more affordable delivery option or even offer a self-pickup option in Bratislava.

Love these boots - they are very comfortable and warm. I usually have cold feet but these manage to keep my feet warm even when wearing only thin merino socks. I love that due to the wool lining, my feet are warm but do not sweat as is the case with boots with artificial lining.
The sole is a bit thicker but very flexible and the grip is great in snow.
I wear size 38 in Icon/ Eazy and for these I needed to size up to 39 due to the wool lining. They fit securely to my narrow ankles and are wide enoigh for me to even wear a bit warmer socks if needed.
I believe the sizing chart on here to be wrong (mixed up with the Synergy one) as these are definitely wider than the Synergy fleece-lined shoes.
The only thing I wish they had is a zipper on the side to make putting them on and off easier.

I want to start off with the positive because there is a lot to love with these boots! These are hands down the most comfortable pair of boots I’ve ever owned. Got them in the mail and wore them around the house but ended up falling asleep for a 45minute nap with them on and they felt like slippers. They’re lightweight, warm, and have great rubber traction lugs on the bottom that aren’t obnoxious in proportion to the minimal style. My only complaint is that I wish there was a pull tab to use on the back of the shoe to make pulling them over my heel a bit easier and the color needs to be better represented in the stock photos. DISCLAIMER: the color that is displayed online is NOT accurate to what you get in person. The leather is more of a hazelnut brown (beautiful but not what is pictured).

These boot are cute, allow for natural toe splay, and are flexible allowing the foot to move naturally! The first time trying on, the boots felt way too tight on top of my feet, and removing the insoles made the boots feel comfortable. Wore them a couple days shopping and the boots seemed to stretch a bit. First day wearing at work in below freezing temperatures (w/out insoles), the bottom of my feet felt very cold. Next work day placed the insoles back in the boots and they were comfortable- no more pressure on top of the feet. I have yet to wear these in wet conditions, and am unsure which product to get in the United States for added protection. I did have concerns ordering from another Country, but these boots did not disappoint in any way. Be Lenka's boots are very well made and there were no shipping hiccups! This is my first season wearing the winter shoes, and I'm really happy with the quality and experience. Because I ordered one size larger than my usual size, I can even wear thick wool socks without any rubbing against my toenails (which I'm thrilled about).
Many reviews mention that the shoes are really warm due to the wool lining—I've mostly worn them with thicker socks because I felt the need for added comfort and warmth. So, when considering the size, keep in mind that wearing thick socks might be necessary, even though the shoes are told to be super warm. I think it's a good idea to order one size larger.

tl;dr: slightly darker in color than the photo, dont forget to condition the leather, the insulation is fantastic, you'll probably want to size up, especially if you like wool socks, and the lugs are great for traction but the outsole is very soft. 5/5 I'll buy more belenka shoes in the future.

Darker in color than they appear in the photo, which for me is great. Especially after conditioning, which I suggest you do, they have a really pleasant deep brown color. The laces they come with are a little flimsy, so I switched them out. While I was a little concerned about their similarity in shape to an Ugg boot, the leather is quite soft, forms to the feet and adds texture, and thankfully does not look like an Ugg.

The primary selling point-- their insulation -- checks out. I've only had my pair for about two weeks, however I have already had the chance to wear them in 20 F (-6 C) temperatures and walk around in snow. My toes stay dry and toasty, even without wool socks. They are a little warm indoors, however, if you remove the wool insole they cool down fairly quickly.

Speaking of the insole, I read some suggestions which advised on sizing up. After measuring my feet (I'm American), I thought I did just that, however it seems with the lining they're just a little bit snug. I typically wear a size 10 (for instance, in lems primal zen). However, I was able to switch out the insole with a slightly thinner one (from a size 9 lems canvas chukka), and it fit in perfectly, and also, gave my feet enough room. Of course, they're leather so they'll likely stretch a bit more as I wear them, which I intend to do frequently.

Finally, the lugs on the outsole offer good traction in dirt and snow. The outsole is very soft, so I suspect it will wear down after a few months. However, they protrude from an indentation in the outsole, so even after they become flush with the side profile, you'll still probably get okay grip. But a harder rubber would be a nice improvement.

I usually wear size 39 in barefoot shoes. By following the measurement instructions, I was recommended to order size 40. For the fear of them being too large, I ordered size 39. The pair has just arrived. It fits as it should with medium thickness merino wool socks on. I would not want to have it in a larger size. I have a thin foot and a low arch and I'm particularly happy that there is no bulge around the ankles when you're walking with them on. Some shoes in other barefoot brands have that effect. My experience is that this pair is snug where you want it to be snug and roomy where you want it to be roomy. Amazing! Can't wait to wear them outside!

Just received them and they are REALLY well made. I just wish they were like 10% wider. My feet are 25x10 and number 40, length-wise, is perfect, but my middle feet is being smashed more than I expected.

It is my first Be Lenka shoe and I thought they were one of the widest brands. Maybe it is this specific type of sole.

Another aspect that I would improve is the shoe lace length. They are ~170 cm long, but, in my opinion, they should be at least 200 or, ideally, 220 cm long. It is impossible for me to lace it through all the hooks and still manage to tie it properly.

TL, DR: Overall an awesome boot, but if you have really wide feet these are not for you.

I just received these today! This review is my initial thoughts. I love the wool lining (it was a big selling point for me.) The boot is cute and looks nice on. However, I struggled with sizing. I went quite a bit larger than normal because of the size guide. Normal is 38, I ordered 42. I needed the shoes wide enough, but that made the boots too long. So they are comfortable but I have an inch of extra room above my toes. I will be exchanging them. The edge on top is rough and will require tall socks. The sole is only glued on and not sewn.

I loved these shoes! Wore them all winter long, even when walking through the snow they kept my feet warm. I would recommend getting one size up if you think it might be a tight fit, there’s lots of insulation so you can wear them with a thin sock even in the winter. These are the first pair of winter shoes I've ever loved due to my wide feet. They were a bit tight over the mid foot when, but adjusted to my feet after just a few days. I love these boots! The sizing took two tries to get right - I ended up with the size I usually wear in other brands after ordering one size up and finding them too big. They feel strange at first - I think these are the first shoes I've had where I could actually spread my toes! - but I got used to them after a couple days and now all my other shoes feel tight and uncomfortable by comparison. They are really warm, quite water resistant if you maintain them, the tread has great grip on snow, and they are very light and flexible. My only complaint is that, because theyblace up high and the lining is fuzzy, they're really hard to get on and off (especially if you have arthritis in your hands, like me). I wish they had a loop on the back of the upper, like many similar boots do, to help you pull them on over thick socks.

Amazing boots! Comfortable enough for me to wear an average of 15 hours a day. Very very active 15 hours a day. I'm on concrete in the morning at work for the first 6 hours. I end my day at the horse barn working and riding. These Boots keep my feet warm and dry but moreover comfortable for all of those standing and working hours. My body feels better in the barefoot shoes. Working and heavier and ever sturdy by means of rigid boots only exaggerated wear and tear on my aging body. Last winter performing the same daily routine but in really good boots but not these boots I had planters fasciitis pain in my low back shoulder and neck. The past 4 months I have been in these shoes and my whole body is happy particularly my feet! The one star deduction it's simply because I am three pairs of be Lenka's in and have noticed some small sole separation on each of the three pairs inside of the 60 day mark. Admittedly I'm harder on and in my shoes longer than your average bear.

So this is my follow up review after a few weeks of wear…my favorite Belenka shoes and quite possibly my favorite shoes period! These boots are soft (zero break in) ultra comfortable with just the right amount of insulation. Warm but not sweaty so I’ve been able to wear them indoors and out all day long with no issues. The wool has compressed with repeated wearing a making for a foot hugging fit. Awesome boots!

I've been wearing these for a month now and they are great quality, warm, cosy winter boots. They were a little snug at first, even with the insole removed, but as the lining became a bit compacted it's less tight on my high volume feet. And they are also comfy without the insole. If someone has high volume feet sizing up even more might be better or just accepting that it needs to be much more loosely laced. Even in the unusual - 10°C UK weather of the past week it held up great, my feet were nice and warm outside even after 2-3 hours of walking.

I measured my foot with my thicker socks on and measured about 26cm. In normal shoes, I wear an 8/8.5 in almost all shoes and 9 in boots and heels. I got the 42 according to the size chart and to account for even thicker socks if I find any but I could’ve gotten a 40/41 for a less roomy fit. I am quite glad that I got these. They fit awesome and look great. They are warm instantly when you put them on. There is plenty of room in the 42 for me to wiggle my toes and have my flat wide feet do their thing. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy them again when the time comes. They showed good grip on wooden floor (which I know isn’t a good indicator) but by the looks of them it doesn’t look like I’ll be slipping too often either.

Excellent quality (as always with Belenka shoes) and they arrived very quickly. 45 has been my consistent size with good toe room so I did not size up being nervous they’d be too long. The insulation does make them snug but not in an uncomfortable way. I think as they stretch a tiny bit from wear and the insulation loses a bit of its brand new fluff they will be a perfect fit! I also have the option to remove the insole which could give a bit more room. Excellent boots!!

I own a pair of the older Be Lenka Entice boot in leather. Absolutely love them! While I could still use a little room in terms of volume, the rest of the boot is very roomy with ample two splay even if the boot is a bit too long.

I expected the Winter Barefoot boot in size 40 to fit similarly, but it is so tight I cannot wear them. I did try them on with the wool liner removed, but this did not provide enough to make the boot comfortable. Note, I also had the laces as loose as possible.

I may try again with size 41 as I do like this boot and would find it very useful to wear this winter although I am wondering if I would still face the issue of the overall length being so long that it’s somewhat awkward to walk in the them.

I had lots of space for my toes to wiggle but unfortunately had to return them because while walking the upper part felt too stiff and dug into my foot, the overall look was also a bit not to my taste but I could live with that if only they were a little softer. I love everything about these boots: the 100% wool lining; the aggressive tread; the very wide toe box; the width; no toe spring; the completely flat and flexible sole; and the nubuck leather. These boots undeniably live up to the "Barefoot/ Minimalist Shoe" Standard. I broke in my pair by walking on snow-covered ice, and I did not slip! The traction on these shoes is incredible! They also look great with my wool dresses. The wool lining, combined with 100% wool socks (of a medium weight), keeps my feet warm and comfortable while snowshoeing in -30 to -40 degrees Fahrenheit temperatures in 100% wool tribal (Barbaric) dresses. I got the Wine 2.0, and they are beautiful, and very plush and comfortable! My feet are 23.6 cm long, and I wear a 38 in the City and Icon, and a 39 in the Polar boots. I got a size 39 based on the reviews, but they are a tad long with thin socks so a 38 would’ve been better. The lining is thicker than the Polar, but they are longer due to the new sole. The sizing chart is accurate so I would definitely follow that. They will keep my toes toasty when cold weather comes!

These are great boots! They are very well made and look great. I did have to get used to the difference in shape, visually. But the difference in look, when compared to non-barefoot foots, is worth it. I was hesitating between size 43 and 44 as my foot is 27 cm. Size 44 in new shape is 28,6cm, which feels just some millimeters too large in my case, but on the other hand, I like the extra space for my "Greek"/mountain foot shape. Good to have some room for thicker socks too. These are very comfortable and warm shoes out of the box. I haven't tried them in snow yet but I'm sure they're fine, with the soft wool lining and gripping outsole. They might be a bit warm for a whole day at the office, but that's not the shoes' fault :) Very helpful customer service too! A very good-looking shoe, but it feels low over the arch of the foot. It felt tight at first but has stretched quite well. The lining is fluffy and if you want space with a thicker sock, you should go up in size.. Warm and comfortable. Compré mi talla habitual porque en rojo no había más talla y me encantaba este color.
De entrada, si recomendaría subir una talla. Pero preguntando en grupos descalzos me dijeron que en el modelo antiguo con el uso el forro se había hecho más fino. Entonces si esto ocurre, tu número habitual acabará quedando perfecto.
Por ahora visto las mias con una plantilla diferente más fina y me quedan perfectas, y la plantilla gruesa la he puesto en las Nevada para que se vaya aplastando.
Si las aguantas sin calcetines, entonces coge tu número habitual porque calzan tal cual.
Si planeas usarlas con calcetín grueso y su plantilla, coge un número más, aunque creo que el forro si se hará mas fino en unos usos.
Aun no he podido probarlas en agua, tienen membrana y las he impermeabilizado, espero que aguanten un chaparrón.
Son preciosas, calentitas, comodísimas y la nueva suela más gruesa me encanta para el invierno.

Tieto zimné topánočky sú na zimné potulky v meste, či v prírode skvelé, nemám k nim žiadne výhrady. Mám širšie chodidlo, tak sú pre mňa ideálne. Topánky sú maximálne pohodlné a teplé. U mňa je to prvá zimná sezóna s barefoot topánkami a môžem povedať, že ma milo prekvapili a už nechcem nosiť žiadne iné. Preto som všetky doterajšie vyradila z môjho botníka. To isté platí aj o letných a jesenných modeloch, ktoré som začala nosiť od jari 2023.

Ich war lange Zeit treuer Anhänger einer anderen bekannten Barfußschuh Marke. Allerdings hatte sie mich bei den Wintermodellen nie richtig zufrieden gestellt. Daher bin ich seid einiger Zeit schon auf der Suche. Ich bin mit dem Schuh von be Lenka bisher (ca 10 Tage) sehr zufrieden. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Barfußschuhen ist die Sohle wesentlich dicker sehe ich aber insbesondere im Winter nicht als Nachteil, da man so wenigstens Profil hat. Die Versandkosten und Rücksendebestimmungen (auch wenn rechtens) finde ich etwas traurig. Bei dem Preis erwarte ich leider was anderes. Alles in allem bin ich aber sehr zufrieden.

So far, I'm really happy with my boots. They are comfortable and warm (although the temperature is now quite mild so I haven't had the chance to try them in a cold or rainy day). C'est ma première paire BeLenka, c'est un sans faute. J'ai hésité à prendre une taille au-dessus, je pense que je suis entre deux tailles, mais en dehors de ça elles sont géniales. Chaudes, mais facile à porter quand l'hiver est plus doux aussi, et super confortables.
Les essayer c'est les adopter.
Petit bémol sur les délais de livraison et les retours possibles (retour possible mais le coût du retour est tellement onéreux depuis la France qu'il n'est pas envisageable de renvoyer ses chaussures. Et c'est dommage quand on hésite entre deux tailles.)

Die Schuhe sehen zwar deutlich breiter aus als gedacht, aber das ist besonders aus der Perspektive von oben als tragende Person der Fall. Es ist aber der bequemste Winterschuh, den ich je hatte! Langes Stehen, Einkaufstouren und Spaziergänge endlich ohne schmerzende Füße!! Sie halten die Füße dabei wirklich herrlich warm. Dicke Socken zusätzlich waren bisher nicht nötig.
Ich muss allerdings Sterne abziehen, da ich es bei dem Preis dich ziemlich frech finde, dass bei der Bestellung von 2 Paaren 2x Versand berechnet wurde und die beiden Paare dann auch noch in einem Paket zeitgleich ankamen!! Nicméně je pravdou, že bez teplé vložky do bot je v nich na chodidlo po čase zima (i když použijete adekvátní teplé ponožky), takže se ten rozdíl ve velikosti pravděpodobně vyrovná. Jinak jsou pohodlné na chůzi, trochu kloužou na mokrém či lehce ojíněném povrchu, ale čekala jsem to daleko horší. A řídí se v nich moc dobře, což také oceňuji.

Ich bin einfach verliebt in diesen Schuh. Ich habe aufgrund des hohen Anschaffungspreises wirklich lange überlegt (für mich persönlich waren das sonst 4-5 "normale" Schuhe). Und ich bereue keine Sekunde. Ich habe sie täglich an, sie sind einfach super bequem, halten warm und haben durch die hohe Schnürung einen wunderbaren Halt. In Barfußschuhen anderer Hersteller bin ich oft vor und zurück gerutscht, obwohl die Füße ausgemessen waren laut Hersteller Größentabelle.
Einziges kleines Manko: wenn die Sohle nass ist und ich beispielsweise einkaufen gehe, quietscht jeder Schritt auf den (meist) Fliesenböden ziemlich und manchmal habe ich das Gefühl, die Sohle ist nicht ganz so griffig wenn es wirklich glatt ist.

Po přeměření jsem si objednala stejnou velikost jako u jiného modelu této firmy (39), který nosím v létě. Botky padnou dobře a jsou opravdu pohodlné- takové měkoučké bačkůrky. :) Po tom, co mi přišly jsem je naimpregnovala a šly se mnou do prvního sněhu. Není mi v nich zima( zatím odzkoušeno v teplotě -2°C s tenkou ponožkou). Na ledu buďte obezřetně, protože kloužou. Jinak super:)

Na začátek plusy, jsou velmi pohodlné, teplé, dobře se obouvají. Po prvním dni nošení velké nadšení. Poté jsem si ale začala všímat pár věcí. Když nedávno pršelo, tak velmi klouzaly, opravdu si je neumím představit na ledě. Mám z nich vlhké ponožky, což bych od bot s membránou nečekala (lehký déšť, venku přechod na MHD a domů - cca 10 minut dohromady). Tohle všechno bych asi ještě překousla, ale že se mi takto drahé boty a v podstatě na první dojem kvalitní, začnou rozlepovat po měsíci nošení, to mě vážně překvapilo. Rozlepily se přesně tam, kde se to dá očekávat - v místě největšího ohýbání se odlepila podrážka (na obou botách, takže teď budu lepit 4 díry). Nějak nerozumím tomu proč nejsou lepené i šité, jsem z toho rozčarovaná. Myslela jsem, že budou na několik let, s takovou to vidím na jednu sezónu.

Sehr schöner und bequemer Winterschuh. Die Sohle ist biegsam und hat ein gutes griffiges Profil. Das matte Obermaterial lässt sich gut abwischen und reinigen. Die Zehenbox ist definitiv angenehm weit. Wie in einigen Kommentaren empfohlen habe ich die Schuhe eine Nummer größer bestellt und bin sehr froh darüber. So passen sie bei Bedarf auch mit dickeren Socken und lassen sich trotzdem fest genug binden um guten Halt zu haben. Ich habe die Schuhe jedoch noch nicht länger im Einsatz.
Mein einziger Kritikpunkt betrifft bisher die Optik. An den seitlichen Nähten steht die Sohle etwas ab, das sieht optisch natürlich etwas komisch und nicht so schön aus.
Dennoch alles in Allem ein toller schöner Schuh.
